Father, We come to you with thankful hearts as this upcoming holiday reminds us to. You have so greatly blessed us and so often, we take those blessings for granted and become murmurers and complainers. And I, for one, do not like it when someone shows ingratitude towards me. I cannot imagine You appreciate it either when after all You've done for me, I tell You it still wasn't good enough.

Forgive me for that. Forgive me for entitlement mentality I have adopted and the ingratitude that it brings.

It's often hard to see and think of things to be thankful for in light of the world situation these days, but it is still Your will for us to do so.

Please give us thankful hearts. Open our eyes to the many blessings You bestow on us every day. Even when it's hard, let us praise You and offer the sacrifice of praise and so bring glory to Your name.

We also thank You for the results of the election. It could have been far worse, and for all You've done, please work in the races which are still being contested that the rightful winner be declared.

Revelation 7:11-12 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

Dear Lord, we beseech Thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice !
