FATHER GOD,

As the deer longs for streams of water, so I long for You, O GOD. I thirst for GOD, the living GOD. When can I go and stand before Him? Day and night I have only tears for food, while my enemies continually taunt me, saying, “Where is this GOD of yours?”

My heart is breaking as I remember how it used to be: I walked among the crowds of worshipers, leading a great procession to the house of GOD, singing for joy, and giving thanks amid the sound of a great celebration!

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in GOD! I will praise Him again—my SAVIOR and my GOD!

Now I am deeply discouraged, but I will remember You—even from distant Mount Hermon, the source of the Jordan, from the land of Mount Mizar. I hear the tumult of the raging seas as Your waves and surging tides sweep over me. But each day the LORD pours His unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing His songs, praying to GOD Who gives me life.

“O GOD my Rock,” I cry, “Why have you forgotten me? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?” Their taunts break my bones. They scoff, “Where is this GOD of yours?”

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in GOD! I will praise Him again—my Savior and my GOD! (Psalm 42)

LORD, everyday we search the news looking for a turnaround in the rapid downhill slide America is taking. It seems the righteous take a small step forward and then a giant step backward. It is very discouraging.

Leaders who fight the good fight for freedom’s sake are being indicted and investigated. Laws passed in the Biden administration and in state houses harm young and old alike. Cheating continues in the elections, our military is classified as “weak”, food, energy, gas prices, and taxes are going up, the CDC is absolving itself for crimes done to humanity via inoculations, the righteous voice is being silenced…

We echo the sentiments of the Psalmist. “Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad?"

LORD, do not let discouragement and sadness overtake us. Instead, let us put our hope in You and sing praises to You, SAVIOR and our GOD!

HOLY SPIRIT, remind us of who we are in CHRIST. The same POWER that resurrected CHRIST from the grave resides in us. Because CHRIST won the victory over Satan, we can stomp on demons and devils. Every Promise in the Book is ours. We are more than conquerors through CHRIST.

If you make the LORD your refuge, if you make the MOST HIGH your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. For He will order His angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands, so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet!

The LORD says, “I will rescue those who love Me. I will protect those who trust in My name. When they call on Me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. I will reward them with a long life and give them My salvation.” (Psalm 91:9-16)

May we keep our eyes on You, LORD.

Dear Lord, we beseech Thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !

Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over Your children ! Send forth Your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !

FATHER, the enemies of this nation continue to exploit the citizens as they abuse Your Laws, our laws. We, the faithful, find it more difficult to hold onto hope that we
will see truth and justice. Are we in this battle for nought?
We fear with each passing day we lose much more than just our
freedoms. We lose our existence. We pray You intervene before it becomes too late for us and our children. FATHER, we pray You Take action on our enemies and halt the hurt they cause Your Children.
