Two little-noticed news stories capture the true picture of the state of the global culture war today. The first is from the American deep red state of Idaho, where The Satanic Temple is holding a "Pride" event that features a "Drag Dance Party" and "Unbaptisms" – a ritual in which people who were once baptized as Christians publicly renounce Jesus Christ.
The other is from Russia, where the national Duma (legislature) has just introduced legislation to expand its 2013 ban on LGBT propaganda to children to include ALL LGBT propaganda throughout the society.
To my knowledge, I am the only culture war analyst in the world who contends that the current Russia/Ukraine war started not with President Putin's Feb. 24, 2022. "Empire of Lies" speech, nor with the Obama/Soros-orchestrated Maidan coup on Feb. 22, 2014, to replace pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych with their own stooge, but with Vladimir Putin's signature on June 30, 2013, making the LGBT propaganda ban the law of the land…

Can Christian Russia save the world from globalism?
No. In part because it is ran by the atheist murderer Putin.

First off, even if you’re inclined to credit Eastern Orthodoxy as Biblical, only 7% of the population even attends church once a month.
Russia is a kleptocracy where every level of its civilization is corrupt, much like China. It operates on a kind of Gulag morality and system. Huge portions of the population live and behave not unlike those in our own American ghettos, lacking even basic things like toilets. The Russian army is infamous for being packed primarily with the lowest educated people possible, with reports of massive amounts of man on man gang rape and even forced prostitution to such a degree that suicides are common. These rapists then go on to rape in every country they invade. In Chechnya, there are witness reports of Russians even gang raping full grown men in front of entire villages.
The Eastern Orthodox in turn is simply a tool of the State, with its priests generally consisting of old KGB members. Archbishop Kirill himself, as has been proven many times on this forum, was a KGB agent with a KGB codename. He was on the board of the World Council of Churches and tasked with spreading Liberation Theology through that organization.
Anyone claiming that Russia is a “Christian state” fighting “Globohomo” is essentially either a liar or completely ignorant of what Russia is.
Russia is a very different place than it was in 1930….70 years of atheist humanist communist government can cure anyone!
Russia is not and never has been a friend of America.
That’s just how it is.
They are making an attempt at it.
Several years ago, perhaps the 1990’s, the Chi-Coms got their scholars to find out why the west was so successful compared to the rest of the world.
Their scholars came back with an answer: Christianity.
Probably Russia wants to revive the religion because it sees a societal benefit. It might not have anything to do with believing in it, but at least it’s a start.
Trust not in princes, or the sons of man, for they can not save.
When their spirit departs, they return to the earth; on that very day their plans come to nothing.
They still butcher their children, embrace massive alcoholism, and hardly follow Biblical Principles (not saying we do either).
I consider Brazil more “christian” than any nation in Europe.
No. A “Christian” nation that applauds its leader who poisons or imprisons his political enemies is just nominally Christian.
But more importantly, no. there is only one Messiah and His name is not Vladimir Putin.
Russia is a model for nothing but failure as a society. They will wind up as China’s bitch.
Meanwhile, their besties are communist China and nihilist-Sharia-Shi’ite Iran.
Not denying that, however Russia is not the Soviet Union. Their stand against the Globohomo’s is admirable. Their desire to return to their roots (Holy Mother Russia) is also admirable.
There they go trying to get on my good side. Too bad, Putin is an idiot by starting a proxy war with NATO.

Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”Communists have always wanted to take over churches because of the power they have. For the USA, that was a prime goal. Since communism literally has the goal of world conquest, this extends to the rest of the world naturally.

Read the last sentence of my post. The government there tries to promote the Orthodox Church because they see a societal benefit and national identity in it.
I don’t think the leadership actually believes in Christianity the same was we (used to) do. They see it as a vehicle to improve their country.
