FATHER GOD

As we face increased intolerance of our faith, help us remember we are never alone. You promise You will never leave us or forsake us. Let us choose to live our lives in Your presence and protection. Help us remember Your Promises amid adversity:

• “GOD blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are My followers. Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way. ~ Matthew 5:11-12
• But the LORD is faithful, and He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one. ~ 2 Thessalonian 3:3
• Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your GOD goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” ~ Deuteronomy 31:6

In a society that views itself as “tolerant – accepting people for who they are without judging their lifestyle or actions - help us stand firm in our Biblical worldview when society pressures us to conform. Help us to emulate Peter and the apostles’ courage and resolve: “We must obey GOD rather than any human authority.” ~ Acts 5:29

Your WORD says there is a right and a wrong. Let us not give in to compromise on Your precepts.

Give us wisdom and courage to stand for what is right. Help us correctly explain the word of truth. Help us to love the people who come against us and demonstrate GOD’S love when engaging them.

LORD, help us take up our cross and follow You. May we surrender our lives to do Your will. You said, “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?” ~ Luke 9:24-25

Help us be committed to CHRIST during the good times and during trials and tribulation.

What a great theme today, S&SF.

Particularly today, Father, we pray for each member of the five-fold ministry. Give each one You called supernatural strength to stand strong in Your truth and wisdom. We want to be “delighted at the sight of them [standing shoulder to shoulder in such] orderly array and the firmness and the solid front and steadfastness of their faith in Christ [that leaning of the entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness].” (Colossians‬ ‭2:5‬ ‭AMPC‬‬).

Help them, Holy Spirit, to live as citizens of heaven, conducting themselves in a manner worthy of the Good News about Christ. Then, we will know that they are standing together with one spirit and one purpose, fighting together for the faith, which is the Good News. May they not be intimidated in any way by our enemies. This will be a sign to them that they are going to be destroyed, but that Your servants are going to be saved, even by God himself. For your servants have been given not only the privilege of trusting in Christ but also the privilege of suffering for him.” (Philippians‬ ‭1:27-29‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Dearest Lord, we pray for courage and wisdom, that we would bind ourselves closer to Your Word, never compromising with the world.

Help us to be beacons, filled with Your light, that we may radiate with the Good News in this ever darkening world.

Dear Lord, we beseech thee to purge the monstrous Satanic evil that has seized control of our institutions and government ! Bring these evil individuals to justice ! Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !

Do not let these servants of darkness prevail over your children ! Send forth your angels to liberate us, oh, Lord ! Hear our cries and help us, please, dear Lord !
