Continuing daily prayers for a peaceful resolution for Jessie and her family.
Prayers of safety and courage for this woman and her kids as they
deal with an unhinged spouse/father.
The lady needs to call the police! Of course, we pray, but she still needs to call the police!
You’re right. This is not being properly handled and they are putting Jessie’s life in danger.
He married her for a family, he is working on his drinking and he is not going to do any different.
The authorities *MUST* be notified; they'll know how to proceed without putting her (or the children) at risk. This man is a clear danger to them - situations like this are why God instituted government (Romans 13).
I’ll keep Jessie in my prayers, but she needs to leave and get a restraining order from him now.
I’ve seen too many women die at the hands of feral males that pretend the ‘love’ them.
Prayers up that she is either rescued, or that God takes him out of the picture in whatever way He sees fit.
Prayers up for the situation and especially the kids and the trauma they are going through.
Of course, but he may be watching every move she makes and she may not be able to.
I had a cousin married to a man like this. My aunt was able to gain his trust and one day when my aunt took her and their daughter for a doctor’s appointment, they never went back home.
My aunt NEVER told a soul where she was, for years, many years, because of the guy. She knew alright but would NOT talk to protect them.
Dealing with this kind of unhinged man with these kind of control issues is very dicey. Some of them will kill the wife because if he can’t have her, nobody can. Some men think they own their women and that’s the most dangerous kind.

I am praying that she will be able to get out of that situation, and soon. That doesn’t sound good at all.

Unless he has her tied up somewhere, with no phone access, in the middle of nowhere, which is possible, I guess, she needs to wait till he’s asleep, get the kids up and out, and call the cops, run for her life, and prayas she runs. She is dealing with sociopath. Surely you or her family has called the cops, State Police, etc.
Pray and bind and loose for the kidnapper, whether he is the ex or someone else. If she is still alive, it may save her life.
Bind in him/them the strongman over them, the spirits of murder, hate, witchcraft, violence, jealousy, envy, bitterness, unforgiveness, rejection, greed, lust, rape, hatred of women, the occult, human sacrifice. In Jesus’ Name. MT 18:18, 16:19
Loose into him/them the spirits of love, joy, peace, patience, humility, forgiveness, adoption as children of God, salvation, repentance, redemption, and deliverance.
Set a hedge of protection around each of them.

Unfortunately, this young woman, her children, and her family are in a tough spot.
All anyone else can do is pray for her to find a way out, for him to have a change of heart, and for the children to be safe.
