I believe the Founders were familiar with the concept of deadly infectious diseases when they passed the First Amendment, but chose not to include any qualifiers. Punishing a group of consenting adults for a religious assembly, who may or may not be carriers at all, does not pass muster.

Sure is funny coming from a bunch that's always harping about separation of church & state, which is a one-way street. They won't suffer any input or participation from churches, but will go all-in on getting into church business and trying to dominate what they do and how they do it - the current emergency is providing another opportunity to justify and expand the interference.
