Please pray for pax_et_bonum's Aunt Peggy.
She’s like a mother to me.
She had a heart attack and is in icu.
Doctor gives her a 50-50 chance of survival.
I'm very upset. Not ready to lose her.

it's impossible to know the depth of your sorrow
my only consolation is from Thessalonians 4: 12-17
And we will not have you ignorant, brethren, concerning them that are asleep, that you be not sorrowful, even as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died, and rose again; even so them who have slept through Jesus, will God bring with him. For this we say unto you in the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who remain unto the coming of the Lord, shall not prevent them who have slept. For the Lord himself shall come down from heaven with commandment, and with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead who are in Christ, shall rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, shall be taken up together with them in the clouds to meet Christ, into the air, and so shall we be always with the Lord. Wherefore, comfort ye one another with these words.

The Blood of Jesus wash over Aunt Peggy from the crown of her head to the soles of her feet. Amen.
Father, we pray for full restoration of Peggy’s cardiovascular system. Sanctify her spirit, soul and BODY. Quicken her body by the same power that raised Christ from the dead. We trust Your grace and mercy because we know Your love and compassion. You are so good to us, and we thank You for answering our prayers for Peggy and her family.

Yeah I fought God’s will for a little over 40 years.
You won’t win and you will suffer a lot until you accept it.
Life got much easier to deal with after I accepted it.

In the Name of your Blessed Son the Great Physician, bountiful in mercy, I beseech that every need of Aunt Peggy be met, that she receive every human care available, and that her anxiety be fulfilled. I also ask that the members of this family be drawn closer to each other as well as to Thyself, and that they may understand and accept your Will in this matter; and if it be so, that Aunt Peggy be healed and restored that the Name of Christ be praised and Thyself be glorified.
