Please pray for all those that are getting tests and awaiting results that may indicate a serious cancer.
This morning a second and much too humble FReeper who (for the moment) will remain nameless has requested prayers for an upcoming scan.
Please add your first name to this thread and we will all pray for your complete healing and freedom from all anxiety by name to the Divine Physician and in prayer may we all be drawn nearer to each other in unity with our brother, Lord and Savior Christ Jesus who desires that we all be as one.

Could I ask for prayers again?
I am really worried. I have been having endless symptoms the last 2 months (basically since my father died...of lymphoma), mostly pain in the hips with raspy itching in same place. Also leg weakness and fatigue. Today is not a good day as I’m feeling quite worn down in the legs as if I had a flu.
I go to my oncologist this week for regular visit and she is aware of the pain. I’m hoping she will look into it. I’ve only seen my gyno (nothing) and orthoped last week (wants MRI).
I am myself afraid of lymphoma, or maybe it is some kind of autoimmune joint disease. I have a very long history of various undiagnosed problems which is partly why I’m scared that it’s finally coming to a head where someone will believe me and take me seriously.
Thanks for the ping. Prayers have been offered, and will continue for them.

Hello, I never post vanities, but I would like to request prayers for my mother.Please address your replies to midnightcat's thread hereShe is a sweet, 84 yr old, living independently and has friends, goes to church, etc. She has a large cancerous mass on her parotid gland and we went to Jefferson University Hospital yesterday for counsel. Dr feels she could do well with surgery providing PET scans show the cancer hasn't spread - that scan is now scheduled for next week.
Tentative surgery date is set if she is fully cleared for Feb 7th. This is a scary, 10 hour surgery with a risk that the doctor may have to cut her facial nerve if the cancer is all tangled around it. She is very scared and palliative care leading to hospice will be the next step if she does not or cannot get the surgery. We are all stunned at how fast this happened.
Please pray for comfort and guidance as my mother moves through this.

Dear Freepers, I am asking for prayers for my dear Dad William who is dying of colon cancer. He lost his wife (and our Mom) Toni in April 2019 after 60 years of marriage. Dear Freepers, My Dad passed away at 1:25 a.m. EST. I thank you for all your prayers on behalf of myself and my brothers. You have all been such a comfort to us these last few hours and I KNOW that GOD heard your prayers for Dad. His passing was painless and quiet. I know he’s with GOD and my Mom now. THANK YOU ALL.

Dear Freepers, I am asking for prayer for my Dad. He is in the hospital with what appears to be a subdural hematoma . It is similiar to a stroke and there is swelling associated with it pushing on the brain. This is his second one of these within the last 5 years and they had to do brain surgery last time. He also had a heart surgery a few years ago for a valve replacement and a string of operations in the last few years. I think they will be doing surgery on him tomorrow but I am not certain. I just got back from the hospital to see him and it just did not look good. Thank you
