Prayer request for my Dad

Dear Freepers, I am asking for prayer for my Dad. He is in the hospital with what appears to be a subdural hematoma . It is similiar to a stroke and there is swelling associated with it pushing on the brain. This is his second one of these within the last 5 years and they had to do brain surgery last time. He also had a heart surgery a few years ago for a valve replacement and a string of operations in the last few years. I think they will be doing surgery on him tomorrow but I am not certain. I just got back from the hospital to see him and it just did not look good. Thank you

My father also had a subdural hematoma, and had brain surgery to correct it. After he got out of the hostpital, he was confused. He had memories of things that had not happened. However, after a couple of weeks he was mostly back to normal. He lived for decades after that without brain problems.
