The news was good. We were right on time with our list of questions and the answers made us very happy.
Today we went to my wifes doctor to get his opinion of her situation after her needle biopsy to check for breast cancer.
He is very kind and almost as soon as he walked into the examination room he said to my wife, You do not have cancer. Say that, He waited until she said I dont have cancer, before he explained that it was unfortunate that the word carcinoma is in the diagnosis she was read by the first doctor.
He didnt blame her for using that terminology because it is currently the precise medical terminology and all she could use.
He said there is something there but it is not cancer. He said he hoped whatever it was might actually come out when he did the next brief operation to remove a metal clip that is purposely left as a marker in the breast during a needle biopsy.
The news got better. We will remove a metal clip on June 5th and we go back on June 11th so there will be no disruption of our plans.
I firmly believe that your prayers joined with those of about 100 other peoples brought us to this satisfactory conclusion.
BTW we also believe that our own aggressive approach which included asking for and getting open appointments upon cancellations helped enormously. With the final appointment moved up by the doctor by one day, when we asked for this favor, we cut forty two days off the original plan the system had for us. That will be 42 days less of worrying and sleeplessness.
Should you ever be in this awful situation, do not hesitate to ask scheduling clerks to help by letting you take cancelled appointments. People get scare and run from this situation but running to it, not from it, with a calm aggressive plan can be very helpful.
Thank you again for your prayers; you will be in our prayers this evening.
So happy for you and your family. God bless!!!
Bless you. So happy to hear good news.
Wonderful news!
Praying for you, too, fwdude!
Wonderful news!
Somewhere I was told that it is not happy people who are thankful but thankful people who are happy. Rejoice and give thanks for all our Lord bestows.
Wonderful news.
Wonderful news! Thanks be to God!
This is good and happy new. PTL!
Wonderful.
praise God! Truly happy and relieved for you :)
This is for all you prayer warriors out there: It is awesome that we have been given the privilege and power, to ask the LORD for blessings, and he does! I appreciate that of all the praying that I’ve seen here, NO ONE here, prays by saying, “Lord, if you need this sickness to be here to teach someone something or bring them closer to you, or cause them to want to know you for the first time, then so be it”.
I have a dear, dear friend, who prays like that, and it breaks my heart to hear that kind of prayer. “Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? Thank you all, for your faith to come boldly to the throne of grace, and simply ask for healing for each other. “...It gives the Father pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Luke 24:32 And healing is part of that kingdom. Healing is our, His children’s, bread. God is so good, and He loves us so much!
Hallelujah!
:) Praise God.
TY Jesus.... Blessed be your name!!!
That you for this wonderful post!
You’re welcome, Trillian.
Very glad to hear that. It must be quite a relief. And God is good.
Yes, God is great and hears the prayers of those who are with Him.
On another note we should all pray everyday for many others who do get the dreadful words they have cancer.
I do wish cancer on anyone, including scoudrals like John McCain.
I pray they find the cause and cure to this dreadful disease.
“I do wish cancer on anyone, including scoudrals like John McCain.”
