Please pray for my father-in-law Ed, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given three months to live earlier in the week. That is why we were not at Thanksgiving today. Ed is a lifelong Catholic but I invite everyone to pray for him. Thank you.

I hope his doctor has provided enough of the right kind of pain relief. If he is not in a hospice, whoever lives with him may need training on administering those medications.
I pray for his comfort and peace of mind.

Prayers for him. The husband of one of my HS friends is also dealing with end stage pancreatic cancer, in fact he was at the hospital just yesterday. I think he is running out of options.
