Please pray for my six year old daughter. On April 16th she suffered a stroke which left her paralyzed on the left side of her face and her left arm. While hospitalized she suffered an additional stroke which paralyzed her left leg. We were flown to Texas Children's Hospital and are receiving excellent care but the doctors still do not know what is the root cause of the strokes. Sophia is my everything. She has suffered through medical issues her entire life and now we can see depression setting in on her. Her personality is drastically changed and we are worried about her. I am grateful for all prayers. Thank you.

As I was praying for her, John 17 was put in my mind. It is Jesus’ intercessory prayer. Please read it carefully. Jesus says He and the Father are One and he prays for His apostles to be One with the Father also. Then about verse 17, He prays that we, as later converts would also be One with the Father. It tells me that we have the same position as Jesus had with the Father. If you have the Holy Spirit, you can do what Jesus did on Earth. Don’t deny the power of the church. Ask very carefully that the Father would heal your daughter “in the name of Jesus”. My mother in law was dying of Aplastic Anemia and my wife prayed that Jesus would give her one stem of His bone marrow and she was instantly healed. Pray for your specific need and not a generic prayer. Believe you are as loved as Jesus was by the Father. You can do what Jesus did on Earth. Do you not have the same Spirit that Jesus received at His baptism? Did you not receive the same Spirit Peter and Paul received in Acts 2? It’s a matter of faith. The Holy Spirit is our link with supernatural heaven and we are to call down the power of Heaven into the natural Earth. (Lord’s Prayer) On Earth As it is in Heaven. Most Christians have no idea the power they have if they walk in the Spirit. Don’t ask people to pray that aren’t baptized in the Holy Spirit. Why would you ask people to pray that don’t believe in the supernatural? Do you believe Peter’s shadow healed people as he walked by? If you have the Holy Spirit, you have access to healing’s and other miracles. Amen and Amen. If your daughter has been sick more than usual, you might take her to the elders of the church and have her anointed with oil and prayed over. She may have an evil spirit tormenting her. Sometimes sickness is not sickness. If your church doesn’t do these things, you should seek out one that does.
Your angel is precious. May God restore you with faith and hope. Many will be praying for you, your little one, and your family. God bless you.
