Prayer for my wife

My dear wife of 30 years has been battling malignant melenoma for two years and has recemtly suffered a stroke because of bleeding in thr brain from 2 lesions. We are both in our early fifties. My grief knows no bounds. We are believers in Jesus and what the Bible teaches. We need your prayers and God's help and healing. If its time for her to go home I have no concept of living without her and how to function. Im overcome.

Justice, may God fill you with His Strength and give you His peace. Live for each moment, without letting yourself get over whelmed. I'm so sorry for your pain. Of like to share a special prayer with you. It was given to my Mom by a very special woman who also suffered from a forum of skin cancer. She was a brave woman, one full of joy because of her great faith in God and acceptance of His Holy Will. I don't know what faith she belonged to, it doesn't matter. She and my Mom were two souls who note their illness with faith, hope, and a desire to share that joy with others suffering the same.

Dear Jesus, lay Your Wounded Hand upon my weary head

And teach me to have courage in the paths that I must tread.

Bless me and bless those whom I love and give us grace to see

these crosses bravely borne by us will keep us close to Thee.

And if it times a shadow falls in unexpected ways,

Please put Your gentle hand in mine And lead me through the days!

So bless my people, one and all, with Thy Protecting Grace

And impart to them Thy Wisdom Ere they meet thee face to Face.
