This has to be seen to be believed. I rarely post, but this really shocked me.

It’s a Floriduh thing...
That wan’t an invocation, it was mocking religion.
Lake Worth is BIG money. These morons probably believe God will accept cash to get into Paradise.
So apparently the believers aware of what was to happen gave up the room to they who would mock GOD, returning only when it was time for the pledge of allegiance. I didn’t hear if in the allegiance was “under GOD”. Was it there? I could play it again, but I don’t want to sit through that idiocy again.
I don’t believe I’ve ever heard such blatant, and disgusting noises before.
Its not a Floriduh thing. This type of behavior is beconing common everywhere. What is happening to the country the greatest generation fought and died by the thousands for?
After that, shouldn’t someone put a proposal on the next muni election to change the name of the city to “Lake WorthLESS”, in honour of the councilors who remained standing?
I do hope they get the votes they deserve; voting them right out of office.
Certainly, those four council members who bowed their heads don’t claim to be Christians. Jesus says that if a Christian does not confess him before men, he will not confess them before his Father in Heaven. That means Hell, friends.

This story was post earlier. The invocation was given by an atheist, but the story didn’t mention Satan. You may wish to find the original video - this one may have been altered.
Just remember...
they are out there...
When Texas Senator Wendy Davis was doing a filibuster to stop restrictions on abortions...
People outside were praying and singing Gospel hymns..and
Wendy’s supporters were shouting Hail Satan !
Never Forget Whom/What we are struggling against.

May Jehovah God give us the Victory.
You have to follow the ACLU’s involvement in this stuff. In order to avoid one of their lawsuits, cities have to permit any organized belief that requests an opportunity to give the invocation to do so. On the flip side, if you put together a list of local religious groups, invite them all, and the only people who choose to participate are Christians, you’ll also get sued if too high a percentage of them mention Christ.
What you is true - the difference is that the Texas fiasco was reported by several independent sources. I could be wrong, but the linked video is the only one I’ve ever seen of the meeting, and the “invocation” has a different sound quality from the sound that preceded it, and it’s hard to believe that the radio talkers wouldn’t be all over this if it was true.
OK, I stand corrected - I did a Google search, and it looks like it was reported independently. It still pays to be skeptical, though - plenty of fakes around.
I can imagine the look on the faces of all those false deities if they existed...
“Who the hell you talking to??? Make up your damn mind!”
Well, I am glad I live no where near them.

Romans chapter one fully on display.
No acknowledging God.
No thanking Him
Given over to perversity
etc.
It’s simple: they’ve been out in the sun too long.
If he was an atheist, why was he invoking satan, allah, Buddah, Thor, etc? Aren’t those religious gods?
