Did you notice when ever they have no answer to what was posted they accuse us of “worshiping luther?”

Why not just say “Yes, we like playing with severed body parts!”

All religions adapt from other cultures. I don’t know why people make such a big deal out of this.

Why do you justify disobedience to God? He told us to turn away from detestable acts and to worship only Him.

That is one of the most ridiculous pictures I’ve ever seen...And the fact that those people are serious makes it beyond hideous...Very sinister...

I have yet to see you show us where the apostles taught the assumption of Mary.

Can you explain why God told the Children of Israel to put the Seraphim on the Ark of the Covenant

Can you explain why you don't know the difference between the bible and perhaps Aesop's Fables??? And then try to come across as some biblical scholar??? Personally, I'd be embarrassed but I'm sure it will fly just over your head...

Oh, BTW, there were no seraphims (for those spelling impaired) on the Ark of the Covenant...

“Those not educated ‘about everything else’ are in a better place before God then those even well catechized in the catholic faith and traditions.”

Clearly not. Just as your posts prove.

**The Blood of Saint Januarius liquefied this year.**

Which can only mean one thing: it will be a long cold winter.

I feel the same way.

Protestantism involves a serious retreat from belief in the Incarnation, manifested in denial of the Communion of Saints, hatred of relics, denial of most of the sacraments—centering on denial of the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.

The temptation of Catholics is superstition.

The temptation of Protestants is atheism: denial of the action of grace through material instruments—the material elements used in the sacraments, the power of the saints to act on our behalf.

The Protestant emphasis on a God who is “wholly other,” who does not transform humans inwardly by grace, but only fictitiously declares us holy, who does not allow the blessed in heaven to act on earth, who does not come to us (as he promised to do in the gospel [John 6]) personally present in the Eucharist—the difference between such a “wholly other” God and no God is merely semantic.

The tendency of Protestantism to become atheist works itself out over time repeatedly, at differing rates, in the various denominations—denying the Immaculate Conception of Mary, the sinlessness of Mary, the Virginal Conception and Virgin Birth of Jesus, the true divinity of Christ (i.e. denying the WHOLE POINT of the Gospel of John), denying the Resurrection.

....”Qh yes! The ever present sunburst! Every pagan religion included it in some form or another”....

It’s really not that much different with catholic leadership and all the rituals etc. today then when they first brought them into their Roman church,.. God rejected them then...and does now. ....They learned they could not replace true Christianity as they had hoped to with the help of Rome....but they certainly have developed a great counterfeit that the masses have and will continue to follow.

....and today the Catholic church has upped it’s game once again to rub shoulders with the world and it’s leaders (the New Rome) just as they did then....history repeating itself is not new...just new to those who are not aware of it.

The world stage is playing out exactly as Jesus said that it would......and so also the masses.

It isn’t a retreat from relics, we’ve never had a need nor desire for their “assistance”, as catholics have said they do, for we heed what God has said...that you don’t use those things, or bow to them, or adorn, or worship them. Furthermore Christ Jesus is sufficient for us...just as HE has said that He is...and available to us at all times and seasons. ...Furthermore “Grace” comes ONLY through Jesus Christ and the Spirit He has given us......as is written......”MY Grace is sufficient for thee”.

Neither do we deny communion....we share with one another the bread and the wine as symbolic of what our Lord Jesus Christ has done and given us by His death, burial and resurrection.....Just as He said to do in “rememberance” of Him.....

Indeed.. we do deny completely catholicism’s Eucharist as the so called “Real Presence”...of course we deny it...... Jesus does not inhabit inanimate things....nor would He. He has given us His indwelling Spirit which is how he operates in and thru us while we are in this world.

And yes we deny what catholicism says is the communion of saints...we do not commune with the departed...again as it is written we are not communicate with the departed and calls it an abomination to him.

Much of your post reflects false accusations against ‘Protestants’ in order to construct “another” Gospel pathway and/or in addition to the one which is Biblical and of which we can trust.

catholicism IS all which it ‘adds’ to another Gospel then the one Jesus gave us.

...I would suggest you read the passage....but also the entire chapter to educate yourself on how God sees mankind. Thank God that he does!

>>catholicism IS all which it ‘adds’ to another Gospel then the one Jesus gave us.<<

And as such those who teach it are considered accursed.

Gee I am sorry I was working from memory they were cherubim

Exodus 25:17 Then you shall make a mercy-seat * of pure gold; two cubits and a half shall be its length, and a cubit and a half its width. 18You shall make two cherubim of gold; you shall make them of hammered work, at the two ends of the mercy-seat.* 19Make one cherub at one end, and one cherub at the other; of one piece with the mercy-seat* you shall make the cherubim at its two ends. 20The cherubim shall spread out their wings above, overshadowing the mercy-seat* with their wings. They shall face each other; the faces of the cherubim shall be turned towards the mercy-seat.*
