Tradition came WAY BEFORE words were put in print, by the Catholic Church I might add.

Tradition was put into words by Moses. But I guess the Catholic Church was in existence before Abraham or Moses according to you.

in the ‘Volume of the Book’ their traditions are not scriptural, but created by their claims of divine ‘apostolic succession’.

You mean it should have said, "in the Volume of the Traditions it is spoken," by which you can such a thing as the Assumption out of a late tradition , not recorded of Mary in Holy Writ, into a major doctrine with required assent, even fantasizing that dissent from it will incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul. Thus taking the name of God in vain.

Show me in the Bible where the word Sola Sciptura is mentioned.

It's right next to Mary's ASSUMPTION.

There were at least two Catholics who were delegates to the Constitutional Convention. Catholics fought in the Revolutionary War.

Why do you call the Catholic New Testament the Bible. Show me where the word Bible is in the Bible. But better yet, show me where the Catholic scholars that compiled the New Testament mentioned someone named King James!! This world would have been much better off if the great heretic Martin Luther had been executed for heresy. He had the unmitigated gall to actually insert words in the Holy Bible; which that was inspired by the Holy Spirit. When asked whey he did it, his reply “because Luther wanted to!!”.

Martin Luther absolutely positively DID want to remove the book of James from the Protestant Bible.

Martin Luther was over ruled by wiser minds within the Protestant leadership.

Martin Luther conveniently got rid of the parts of the Bible that supported Purgatory.
Those books, like Maccabees, were surely in the Jewish Temples at the time of Jesus.

From your link:

“Substantiation for this understanding of the gospel came principally from the Scriptures, but whenever they could, the reformers also quoted the fathers of the catholic church. There was more to quote than their Roman opponents found comfortable” (Pelikan 48-49).”

Such is what I have also found in my readings of them, and the great irony of the Catholic religion, which always boasts of being historic, of having a succession from day one. And this is so obvious that all one needs to do is open up a single book from one of these church fathers, and with that opening, almost as deadly as that of opening the Bible, the Catholic church comes tumbling down all over again.

Well, it seems printed copies were around even before the Church was formed. Perhaps "all eyes were fixed on" our Lord because He was reading from the text instead of listening to their traditions. But then, after all, our Lord never had very nice things to say about the leaders' traditions.

Rome has had the unmitigated gall to actually insert TRADITION into the Christian religion; saying that GOD wanted the practices included. When asked why It did it, It's reply was: “Because I have the AUTHORITY to do so."

“Substantiation for this understanding of the gospel came principally from the Scriptures, but whenever they could, the reformers also quoted the fathers of the catholic church.

That's what the book; known generally as the BIBLE; compiled by Rome, seems to indicate:

Acts 17:11
Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

Now the ROMAN Catholics were of even MORE noble character than those in Berea, for they received the message with great eagerness and relied one what they'd been told every day to see if what the CHURCH said was true.
