Our concerns are usually directed at individuals, programs, or organizations that promote spiritual or theological views contrary to the Word of God. Beck, of late, seems to be making himself at home in that realm, and he's attracting many who call themselves Bible-believing Christians. ...
First of all, Glenn Beck is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He may refer to himself as a Christian, but he's certainly not a biblical Christian. The distinction is as wide as hell is from heaven: "Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God" (2 John:9). Mormon doctrine is "another gospel" that exalts "another Jesus." Both false beliefs came out of the deceived and deceiving mind of Joseph Smith. Secondly, "our country" doesn't have "Christian roots," even though some are claiming that our founding fathers were true Christians. Many were not biblical Christians but Christians in name only, who followed the faith of Deism, Masonry, and the philosophy of the Enlightenment. Any early influence in America's history of a biblical nature very likely came from the Pilgrims and the Puritans...."
Exactly. I grew up in a church where the music was mostly what we kids called "vampire movie music", and there was a lot of monotone "singing/chanting" and a lot of lip-synching.
It feels so good to be able to tell God how I REALLY feel. If I want to throw my head back and lift my arms up, I do. If I want to sit down and cry or put my face in my hands, I do. If I want to clap, I just do it. It's just between Me and HIM. Who cares what somebody else thinks, I love Him!
Oh amen CC. My youngest knows the Lord but the four older ones don’t. In fact one mocks him. It’s my biggest heartache

It’s even worse for the Mormons, since the Greek translated as “once” in that verse actually connotes “once and for all”, as you can see from multiple translations of the same phrase other places in the NT. So, we can say for certain that the Gospel was given not just once, but once for EVERYONE, no exceptions.

I must call paranoia on this. First of all there are no Mormons in that picture.
Second of all, it is really a challenge to be a woman in a hand-shaking world. You never can be sure where the line is. Is this the time for a good-old-boy double-pump? A forthright bank-manager style? The warm but business-like double hand shake? Or an intimate same-hand squeeze.
Than half the men and most of the women will just do the limp thing or go for your fingertips when you were aiming for web-to-web. You end up with the most awkward grips you can imagine.
Handshaking is a skill that many need to practice.

You’re not understanding what is happening.
The action you describe is deliberate, and it isn’t Mormon, per se, but Kabbalistic (or Freemason). Mormons come in two flavors: the rank and file, who are not privvy to the inner doctrines of Kabbala, and the inner circle, who live by it, and totally reject Christ.
Oh, please.
Romney is not the nominee, nor is he the only electable Republican candidate. Take your hurt Mormon feelings and save it for your fast and testimony meeting.
Not more of this ‘who’s the real Christian’ battle. A colossal bore & a total waste of bandwith.
With all the serious issues facing this Nation, these internecine squabbles are ridiculous.
