Jews in the town of Mitzpe Yericho are taking practical steps to prepare for the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem, by preparing descendents of Cohanim (priests) and Levites for service. At the Mitzpe Yericho school, Temple priest hopefuls learn exactly how to conduct the daily Temple service and offer the required sacrifices.

"Today is really a historical event for the Jewish people, organizer Levi Chazan said as another part of the school was completed. It is the beginning of the work for the Third Temple.

The school will include an exact replica of the Temple. The latest addition to the replica was the area in which priests offered wine and water libations. The water offering was traditionally given on the Sukkot holiday, which was celebrated last week.

Sacrifices can only occur when the Temple exists. If sacrifices were so important, don't you think G-d would protect the Temple and keep it safe, instead of letting it be destroyed, not just once but multiple times?

That is not true. Levitical sacrifices can only exist at the Temple. The Book is full of examples of sacrifices in the wilderness - Even to the description for the specifics of building an Alter to Yahweh, for that purpose.

Christ takes away the blood sacrifices for the remission of sin. He does *not* take away all blood sacrifices, nor other sacrifices. In fact, those sacrifices are predicted to take place in the Millennial Temple.

They brought sacrifices with them when they left captivity., so yeah, they sacrificed in the wilderness. They borrowed the tradition from their heathen captors.

I think it’s rather highly likely that the rest of such assumptions are at least greatly flawed.

He’s the one who’s decreed and stated that there will be a Temple wherein the Anti-Christ places his abominable image or some such in the midst of the 7 year Tribulation period . . . whereupon the Jews THEN realize they bet on the wrong horse and who their True Messiah really is.

These END TIMES are too important and hazardous to be running around loose with inadequate understanding of the prophetic Biblical END TIMES prophecies.

Is this a mock form of the muslim religion? They, too, want Israel off the face of the map and deny their existence.

They have to mangle and deny the words of God otherwise their belief system shatters into a million pieces.

Do they use of their own version of the bible? If not, they need to mangle and deny TOO MUCH of God's Word that our bible could not be relevant to them. Jerusalem is God's watchpiece.

How could they possibly believe in Jesus for He is The Living Word! All Christians I know pray for the peace of Israel and support them - didn't know some claim to be Christians and, yet, believe God has taken His Hand off of Israel. We know the scriptures where God speaks about those who come against Israel in any way!

Nothing like writing one's own destiny by ignoring HIS WORD. I'm beginning to see more how 'I never knew you' which is speaking of those claiming to be Christians and 'narrow is the gate' applies. The wide gate is FILLED with deception.

The bloody ones come along in Leviticus. As mentioned above. If they were bound and determined to continue in the heathen ways of their exile, they were at least given a temporary means of doing so.

I don't have time or inclination on this teaching day to get into the details you are posting about. My own sense from my own reading of Scripture is that while you have some interesting points . . . you are doing violence to some significant Scriptures about the blood sacrifices as well as to the prophetic Scriptures about the 3rd Temple and the Temple during the Millenial reign of Christ.
