Salvation. I’m at work...but wanted to ask if you could ping the prayer list for a while. My computer crashed over the weekend. One of the drivers went bad I guess. It just reboots, reboots, reboots. I’ll try to get back up as soon as possible, and would appreciate your help if you are able.

I did get a brief report on Waco this a.m. He is resting comfortably and will be observed for awhile. That’s about all you can get over the phone from 600 miles away it seems.

Got an update from GrannyK, which I think is good news; Waco had a pacemaker installed a few years back. Following this surgery there was a recall of some of the pacemaker units. Since they felt that his had a low percentage of being one of these faulty pacemakers, and it's a considerable amount of trouble to retrieve them, they deferred the option of surgery.

The report is that Waco has been getting “shocked” by this pacemaker.

Probably not such a good thing to have to undergo surgery over 70 years of age, but if it's a mechanical issue it can probably be fixed ~ with more than a little trouble ~ but I suspect zero expense.

Cardio technology is pretty awesome. Hopefully they'll have our FRiend up in no time.
