The problem is the libs aren't done with him. I'm sure Franken is sharpening his fork and knife right now. They won't be happy until he is toast.

The DemoRat slime machine is in full operation now. First the constant distruction of President Bush with Iraq, the economy, Enron, 9-11, etc. Then the CIA bull. now Rush is getting the full anal exam.
WAKE UP Republicans and Conservatives!!!!! It is time to go on a full court press or an all out blitz to combat this crap. Wake up GOP and spend some of that stinking money you are sitting on and call a spade a spade. IT IS FRICKING TIME TO START OUTING DEMOCRATS AND THEIR TIES TO CRIMINALS AND TERRORISTS,ETC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sick and tired of this BULLCRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to fight fire with fire. You can't be nice with them and try this "new tone" crap with them!!

He recently had another super secret meeting. Anyone know what that one was about?

So be it. But I can certainly live without NFL Countdown, or Sportscenter or most everything else they offer. I also am not impressed with the total rot garbage that they've put into their new fictional TV show(they should stick to sports, instead of sensationalized MTV type drama).
Rush's comments may have been a mistake, and he may have his problems, but I am fed up with how ABC is infiltrating its 'morals'(really lack thereof) in everything aspect of its empire. Even their family channel has questionable material. Chalk up ESPN as another of their damaged institutions.

Someday, this race-obsessed era will be looked back on with uncomfortable embarrassment. You can't have a society that openly embraces racial quotas for the sake of diversity while at the same time expressing shock that somebody would wonder if "diversity" had a role in a minority's employment!!

I think he would've done a great job, but that was one idiotic comment on a classic hot button topic.Exactly.
Why on earth he felt he had to deliver social commentary on black quarterbacks is beyond me.
I fear that Rush will get branded now, as Jimmy the Greek did.
But, I also thought he had grown more media savvy.
Sadly, he hasn't.

You mean all of those tens of thousands of pills he has been taking. It's amazing how he can take all of that and not be comatose.

There is something going on....Bush is in trouble as much as we don't want to think so, people are getting dumped on every cable channel, I'll bet if it was said once it was said 10,000 times per channel "the illegal leak outting a CIA agent came from the White House" you hear that so many times if you aren't looking past the headlines and you are going to start to believe it!
Rush didn't mean his words as the libs took it, but then he are always looking for a reason to make conservatives look like racist, and will just on anything.
People this is coming at us like a rapid machine gun fire! It has to be stopped and fast!
To: doug from upland
Oh, yeah. Maybe this will bring the real Rush out of hibernation.

I'm extremely disappointed, reason being this gives the EVIL RATS boldness to continue their evil schemes against pubs with success! This is pure BUMMER! He just folded! :{ In other words bend over and get ****!! I'm sick of it! F the dirty stinking vomit RATS along with their WHORE the beast of NY hiltery and the big creep! I HATE THEM ALL!!
To: BUSHdude2000
Oh geez... that's too bad. Well, I won't be going out of my way to watch football on ESPN now. Except for "Primetime" with Chris Berman on Sunday nights, I never watched any other football shows on ESPN, except for those that Rush appeared on.
Damn 'RATs win again! >:-(

You maybe right. But if that was the case, being offered the option to quit or be fired, Rush probably told them to stick the job up their ....
In other words, just the idea of being given the option, made him quit on his own accord.

He should have let ESPN fire him. Not like he hasn't been fired before.
I'm very disappointed...
I'll bet Daschle is happy though.

Perhaps ESPN gave him no other option, or other good option. This is just too bad, as he did not mean this in a racist way of course, just should never mention things like this nowdays unless you are from the left., then it is just fine and dandy.
