Probably. It's also likely a crime to use the city seal without permission in order to add false authority to one's personal vendettas, and it is UNQUESTIONABLY a crime for a city employee to use the police and "other authorities" to harass citizens as part of a personal vendetta.

Debbie Reyes and the rest of the HRC shouldn't just be looking at a libel suit and the loss of their jobs; they ought to be looking at jail time.

I sure hope some of you in Fresno are getting in touch with attorneys. GOOD ones who are willing to fight like hell ... there are many conservative legal organizations that would take this case on pro bono.

I may not be able to solve the great political questions of the day but I know a little about tri-tip. A beef tri-tip roast is a boneless cut of meat from the bottom sirloin. It also is called "triangular" roast because of its shape. There are only two of these roasts per beef carcass.

It's very popular barbecued over red oak in what is called Santa Maria-Style BBQ. It's authentically served with pinquito beans, toasted French bread, salad and lots and lots of salsa. It's a perennial favorite anywhere along the central California coast and inland areas. Ronald Regan served it regularly at the White House.
