Probably. It's also likely a crime to use the city seal without permission in order to add false authority to one's personal vendettas, and it is UNQUESTIONABLY a crime for a city employee to use the police and "other authorities" to harass citizens as part of a personal vendetta.

Debbie Reyes and the rest of the HRC shouldn't just be looking at a libel suit and the loss of their jobs; they ought to be looking at jail time.

I sure hope some of you in Fresno are getting in touch with attorneys. GOOD ones who are willing to fight like hell ... there are many conservative legal organizations that would take this case on pro bono.

This is an outrageous, slanderous attack. The people on Free Republic are the best in the world. These people running this council are way out of control and they need to be slapped down!!

I love Fresno, it's my home town. It seems like liberals are getting worse and worse. The local political wackos that we had there when I was growing up wouldn't have tried anything this stupid.
