He's trying to see if Jay Leno will give him a spot on the tv as he's so envious of Arnold getting the spotlight!
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
"If Davis steps down, and Bustamonte takes over, the recall is NIL and NO ARNOLD!"
You are totally WRONG. Ignorance with exclamation point emphasis.
To: MattGarrett
As far as I know, no one has to step down from any office to add their name to the ballot. Even if Bustamente adds his name, he's still Lt. Governor if he loses.

I hope he announces he's rescinding the new tripled car tax! Got my renewal notice this week -- $389. Arnold's got my vote!

Everything always in Eastern time is irritating if you ask me. Can you tell I live in flyover country too?

I agree the silence is deafening. Hillary said she would support Davis but haven't heard anything from that camp so What's Up? is correct. They have someone in the wings? They just waited until they saw who declared themselves?
Pelosi??

Everything always in Eastern time is irritating if you ask me. Can you tell I live in flyover country too? It's even more irritating when WGN, which is smack in the middle of Flyover Country, does it on their satellite service.

Hands horizontal, elbows held to each side of his rib cage in line with each other. When he makes a point watch the hands go up and down two to three times. Then a hand "reset" and repeat the amazing "Davis robot hand action".

Arnold is a gift to America.
He is an inspiration, fiscally sharp (Masters in Economics), and larger than life.
His impact on the Republican movement in California will be enormous.
Rush is dead wrong.
Schwarzenegger is the classic immigrant who made it big.
The American Dream come true. Arnold laments its passage in California, because it was the stuff of legends.
A return to this nostalgic past is as conservative as one gets, and I will support him wholeheartedly.
I suggest all Freepers do as well - IF YOU WANT TO LIVE.
To: truth_seeker; Hillary's Lovely Legs
That was cleared up 30 minutes ago.
But, there's a reason for the confusion, Bustamonte tried to say that was the case at one time (as I recall).

Terry McAuliffe and Clinton spinning their web as we speak.

This has really been fun with Arnold saying he would run. All the RAT commentators on TV are really down which makes my day!

As I recall, he said "
We don't need to build a zoo in Asheboro. We only need to build a fence around Chapel Hill."I think Cary needs to have a gigantic, airtight dome instead. :)

How about this. He resigns -- and then pony's up the dough to qualify as a name on the recall ballot.
He's always been much better at campaigning than governing...
I think that might even be within the rules. 1. It spikes the Lt. Governor who can't really campaign because he now has a state to run and it frees him from duties and let's him go into full campaign attack mode.

pony's up the dough to qualify as a name on the recall ballot. He can't do this - term limits.
To: Howlin
Thanks for the tip. Probably announce re-seating of entire SCOCAL.
