Individual parishes in heretical Dioceses are in a tough way.

Yeah, but what about heretical parishes with orthodox bishops? There are a good number of those. Here in Middle Tennessee, Bihsop Herlong is orthodox, but the majority of clergy are heretics (most parishoners are appalled at what was happened with Vicki Robinson, but as good, go-along-get-along-country-club types, they won't say anything.

Under rules the heretics have been enforcing, bishops should have absolute authority in their dioceses. Therefore, the othodox should take the heretics' property and money. Any bets on whether the heretics will want to change the law now?

"The homosexual activists could have easily formed their own church and had ANY philosophy they wanted and established ANY policy they wanted on anything.

But its not about that. Its about destroying what exists, not forming something new that suits them. Its essentially about wiping out a centuries old institution by stealing it and transforming it into something alien."

THANK YOU !!! THANK YOU !!!
I have been struggling for years to define how I feel about homosexuals.
As a Christian, I have always thought that I do not have the right to judge another. Judgment is God's job.
I did not know how to define my anger against these people and how to reconcile the anger with Christian beliefs.
YOU NAILED IT !!
Interesting, I have read alot of posts here in the past.... nothing seemed to clear my head.... until your two short comments.
I had a gun, but no bullets.... haaaaaaaaa ....my leftist liberal friends better look out tomorrow.... I am now locked and "loaded"
Sleep well my friend, and again, thanks

And what are the words translated as "abomination" in those two passages in the original Hebrew? Are they the same?

Finally, the dietary restrictions for the Jews are done away with in the New Testament, but the prohibitions against homosexuality are repeated and confirmed for ALL people.

So the exact chapter and verse would be....?

If the Bible is the absolute word of God, how can it change?

Thanks, Jammer. You're kind. It's tough to watch these things, even when they are inevitable, eh? Heartbreaking.

#81 And it will be in the others in your neighborhood soon.

It's already in mine. But we're working to stamp it out. Fortunately, we Catholics are hierarchical and not a "electoral" Church.

On face value that is what I would call a Christian church.

Well, Sister, I'll bet there'll be a little fire in our ol' parish pulpits this Sunday!

May Our Lady of the Atonement, Blessed St. Mary the Virgin, pray for the lost sheep within the Anglican flock.

I'm not sure another denomination infested with Sodomite priests is what orthodox Episcopalians are looking for. But thanks for the invitation.

I apologize if this has already been posted, Christians go to this web site and read about the Anglican Church of America, Christ the King. http://anglicanpck.org/index.html. We have already dumped the "Episcos".

No, I am saying that I know a man who was an Episcopalian priest AND a Roman Catholic monk who is now an Episcopalian Bishop. He was consecrated Bishop despite his affiliation with the Roman monastary.
He is the most Godly man I have ever known also, one of those few people who you can look at and see the joy of knowing God emanating from every pore. I had the joy of being a member of his parish when he was just a priest, took confirmation classes from him, he was my spiritual director and through him I saw what Christianity was all about. I am sure he did not vote for the confirmation of the homosexual bishop today. I will be very interested to see what happens in his Diocese after today.

I Love the New Oxford Review. Great Magazine.

Let us pray also that this liberal modernism doesn't take hold of our Church. I am confident The Church will be protected, but before today, I didn't think I would watch a Christian Church turn its back completely from the Bible and Christ. I never thought I would see it. We must Pray.

The liberal apostates sought their reward on earth; they have earned it, and they will receive no other in the next life.

Everyone is always welcome to come BACK to the Catholic Church. So far, the Catholic Church is the one and only church standing against this gay issue.

God have mercy on us all.

Time to start preparing for the days of underground churches.

Doesn't matter. KJV uses the same word therefore it IS the same. The KJV translators were guided by divine inspiration weren't they?
