Have, I said anything about them?

Right now, the facts and logic point to a soldier going crazy (or being an Islamonut) and doing it. What facts? This story has changed several times in the past 30 minutes.
If the guard is missing you have two theories. He did it or was taken out so the bad guys could get to his explosives.

He (S. Smith) has a long way to go, in my book - I find him to be a simpleton and he talks too much. I sometimes have to turn down the volume.
Of course, I can't stand that sniveling little liberal, Aaron Brown on CNN, either.
To: brigette
We'll see soon enough. It wouldn't surprise me if he did it though.

shep tried to ask what accounted for meant and he got cut off...

Remember, it was just not only the grenades responsible for the injuries. There was also small arms fire, that was mostly responsible for the injuries.
To: ItisaReligionofPeace
That sounded too evasive. Yes I feel the same way about them but they should not be on this base, if not American . JMO
To: Endeavor
That's funny, because I find you to be a simpleton.

I've been away celebrating my b-day, what the heck is going on with the 101st Airborn?

( If you steal from one author, it's plagiarism; if you steal from many, it's research(never forget)

Now someone implied that maybe someone was playing around with it... and it might be a stupid mistake from someone playing around with a grenade.

Aaron brown actually looks evil. You can see the venom dripping from his lips when he spins a story.

If he is innocent, I hope and pray they find him soon! One of the last things we need is a repeat of fragging!!!
We need TRUST between the enlisted and the officers!

The reporters on the ground (I've heard two, one from Time and one from Sky News) NEVER mentioned gunfire. The gunfire rumor probably started when CNN guy thought he heard gunshots before getting disconnected from the reporter on the scene (Time). It turned out that the line had already been disconnected and the CNN guy had just heard the feed coming in from Baghdad AAA.

Don't ask. Go enjoy your birthday and look tomorrow.
Now someone implied that maybe someone was playing around with it... and it might be a stupid mistake from someone playing around with a grenade. If the report of gunfire following the greande toss is true I highly doubt it was jsut a snuffy smith playing with a frag.

Happy birthday.
grenades rolled into the leadership tent for one of the brigades of the 101st airborne in northern Kuwait. 10 people injured, 6 seriously. One soldier, who allegedly was guarding grenades, is missing. Search is on for the soldier.
To: brigette
I heard the guy on Fox, Lt Col Bill Cowan, say that. He's just putting out theories. No use in speculating. We'll know soon enough.
To: ItisaReligionofPeace
No, that is incorrect. It was reported that the officers saw the grenade and returned fire from the perp or perps.
I guess now you are going to ask me where I saw it reported. Geez, I have been flipping around so much, I forget.
To: tall_tex
I couldn't remember how to spell it. Thanks!
