I think the speech is going to tell Saddam to expect an airplane to arrive at the Baghdad airport in four hours, expect it to leave 15 minutes later, expect the bombing to commence the second the plane is in the air, be on it, shooting it down would be bad.

MSNBC has a former UN inspector as an analyst-first name is David, I believe,older man with mustache, always struck me as a straight shooter, the anti Scott Ritter. He said this am that he believes it may be too late for the inspectors to get out-he said that they should have started earlier.He said that last time, Saddam put as many obstacles in the way to slow the UN from evacuating-shut down the airport,made them take the 8 hr over land journey on the clogged highway. He said the inspectors should be booking and not wasting time packing up their equipment. He had a great line,which he delivered in a somber way- " I hope that there are some adults in charge,who can convince them to abandon the equipment,the cruise missiles will take care of them ."
