Uh oh. Here's a big concern. One of the recipients of one of my emails responded that it was "poorly formatted" and irritating to him in other ways as well.

Now that I think about it I too am pretty upset about these ready-made emails being poorly formatted. I'm really glad I'm not on the verge of getting thousands of them.

They are 'Word' files/documents. I simply clicked on the links and they opened in Word. I'm not a real technical person when it comes to 'puters, so if sounds like a silly answer, sorry ...
