The site is finally up. It's a bit dinky because I am a poor dude who is hosting it on Tripod so there is advertisments that alter the style of the site a little. Looking into upgrading it.

It does the job for now.

Please pass it around to your friends and churches.

Thanks!

More to come...

Conservative sites on TRIPOD are great, until some Liberal hack sysadmin finds out about them and "extirpates" them.

It happened to my site there.

Have you ever read From Amsterdam to Nairobi? It was written in the 70's by a guy who had inside knowledge on the NCC. He was pretty much thrown out of his denomination for writing the book. I remember reading it long ago, but I don't remember much about it. I should look for another copy somewhere.

Your site has exceeded its bandwidth already. You might look at GeoCities as another place to get a site. I've had reasonably good luck with them, but I realize that I should upgrade to a pay site. I just haven't decided whether I'd be better off with my own domain name or whether what I have now is sufficient.

"The Tripod page you are trying to reach has exceeded its hourly bandwidth limit. The site will be available again in 1 hour!"

My friend, your site already is a big hit! Look forward to seeing it!

Wonderful site. Looks good and has a lot of information. I found the information on Janeane Garofalo to be helpful, too.
The National Council of Churches, a Win Without War member organization, enlists the aid of Gen X actress Janeane Garofalo who is an open atheist in a TV ad in which United Methodist Bishop Melvin Talbert cautions against attacking Iraq. Why does the NCC which is supposed to be a RELIGIOUS organization use an atheist for its TV propaganda campaign? Read Janeane Garofalo's rantings on the infamous Celebrity Atheist List.
