[history]
The Bush administration raised the national terror threat level from yellow to orange Friday, meaning the country is at "high risk" of a terrorist attack.
Attorney General John Ashcroft scheduled a news conference at 12:30 p.m. EST, at which time he planned to discuss the decision. He will be accompanied by Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge and FBI Director Robert Mueller.

Teacher and Ex-Husband charged in ESPIONAGEI heard this morning that the papers they had delt with Biological, Chemical, etc. and were worth millions on the black market.
Could be some of this information was already delivered to terrorist cells.

Just so. It's the annual pilgrimmage to Mecca.
This could just be part of the general tightening-up preceding the war on Iraq.

What was that about? My husband called and asked if I was listening to the radio at work. Someone from Justice Dept. suggested a family emergency plan? Like where to go or meet in the event of an attack? Did anyone else get that part?
