Large-scale searches for Modesto's Laci Peterson ended weeks ago. Now her family is trying to get the ball rolling again.

Wednesday, Peterson's family announced that it is organizing volunteer searches on the remaining three Saturdays in February: the first is set for this weekend along the Delta- Mendota Canal.

Wish NE could find more background on SP, which is more important than this crap that they wrote on Amber. If true, so be it. We are interested in finding Laci. Is Laci a hostage of Michelle's? No.

NE come up with some substantial crap on SP and all his women.

Don't recall asking you to....do you!

Sorry, I forgot to change the To: of the comment section to All. But since you are so snappy about it, you would be included in all.

I saw the post 196 from an article in the Nat'l Enquirer...hardly a publication to hold as fact.

I'm not arguing. :o)

I am just speechless, If any of this was the least bit humorous,I would say this is about as close to a Hollyweird movie plot as you can get.I nominate Micky Rourke to play Scott and Sharon Stone to play Amber. What a bunch of sleazy characters....unbelievable.

I'll say again. "You ain't seen NOTHING yet!"! I advised FR users earlier on in this case that this was going to get BIG, big and ugly (and...well yes, a little twisted, in that uniquely bizzare way.)
I am actually shocked that it has not happened sooner.

....the law has pratically emasculated the cops and the prosecution....they don't even dare call peterson a suspect now in fear of reprecussions...

this is what you get when the leftist take over the benches and the justice system be damned...

Your posts are well thought out and in order-form as to conclude that the cops hands are tied, which you my dear are correct..........

Sorry that something has crawled up your britches, but you don't own this forum and I don't take advise from someone like you. There are numerous postings on this board that no one asked about, yours included. But why don't you stay and continue to post on this thread, I'm sure I'll be more informed than ever before.

UMM...(Alexandria Humms a little song while studying the ceiling...)
Depends on what you consider "legit," and I can NOT even guess about what you might know as opposed to what I might know.
MY post you are qouting was in answer to MaggieMay's comments on how she was "speechless" and that this story/case was "unbelivable."

I wonder how long Scott has had this conference on his agenda?? The conference is scheduled right in the midst of Laci's due date.

This guy is incredible, every time I think he can't do anything worse, he goes & does it! I also wonder how long he had reservations for this convention & it hadn't even hit me that it WOULD be right in the midst of her due date!

make sure the media become a paparazzi(sp) and hound the every where abouts of SP... Trip him up, make him squeeze to a pulp until he flips.... ;o) Just think the media should follow, follow, follow

I totally agree, did you see how irritated he was getting in that clip they showed of him walking to his truck after returning from taping GMA? The reporters were on him like flies on (well, you know) and he looked like he was ready to punch one of them! I think they should hound him til he can't take it anymore.

Two people whom we can thank for a lot of hand-tying are William Brennan (p-tooey...just saying the name leaves a bad taste in my mouth) and Thurgood Marshall, both now deceased.

But then, these men and their ilk on the Supreme Court did so very MUCH to make our country what it was in the 60's and 70's, and afterward. My favorite demonstration of the greatness of that era's Supreme Court was when they concluded that if a seedy hotel was within X feet of an interstate ramp, then everything that was done in that hotel "affected interstate commerce"--meaning the federal courts had jurisdiction.

Do you find it warm in there, Bill and Thurgood?

Like some of you, I too have SOME faith that the National Enquirer can be right at times. Mine is based on some really dead-on reports they had about some details of the Lewinsky saga.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy a NE, or to read one. It's just that it seems in our area, our NE's are always a week behind everywhere else! Pathetic--how are people like me supposed to keep up, lol?

It is maddening, however, that they seem to come up wrong about as often as they come up right. Furthermore, many of their more titillating stories have been dead-ends, throwing out information that caused me to wait to hear more--and to never hear one word more.

I'm still waiting to hear anything whatsoever to indicate either the truth or falsehood of the Nat'l. Enquirer's allegation that Ed and Tom Smart of SLC owned and/or operated a male escort service--and it's been the better part of a year since the NE dropped that one.
