Chuck is defending the Constitution and upholding the will of the founding fathers. We can all stop worrying.

Yea, I was listening....'ol Chucky is taking an hour to ask
the big question:
"Will Miguel Estrada vote to crush the skull of the
unborn or not....just answer the question and don't
wait for a translation?..."

Funny thing is, I agree 100% with what he just said- unfortunately what he is SAYING is exactly the opposite of what he is DOING...

I am profoundly offended by this fools coupling of God and Noble to this Senator's agenda of defending the indefensible slaughter of individual unborn humans. Schumer is an obscenity in motion.

I wonder if Chuckie is one of those Constitutional scholars who though Majority Leader Lott was closer to the Presidency than President Pro Temp "Sheets" Byrd??

well, he's the most junior SENIOR senator in the country...being paired with Hillary is akin to being a limitd partner of Geroge Steinbrenner.....actually, IMHO, the reason that Chuckie's waaaaaaay out front and over the top on this is that it's the beginning of his 2004 re-election campaign.....

The lines minus "" are mine, duh. Sorry. Chuck's still on C-Span2 and I was careless in my rush to alert others to this defender of freedom.

As I recall, the last "noble experiment" didn't work out all that well. But it was impeccably Liberal in its philosophy.

Obviously Schumer has never read the Bible and The Constitution of The United States of America. If he has, he didn't understand what he read.

Being a fallen sinner myself, who am I to judge?
But Senator Schemer is one of those folks I wouldn't stand next to---for fear the lightning bolt would hit me too.

And the RAT party is the disease of this particular experiment.

We are God's experiment, but are not allowed to mention Him in school, are not allowed to pray to Him in school and are not allowed to read about Him in school. Heaven protect the poor child who makes the mistake of turning in homework based on a concept touching on God or faith in Him.
Yeah Chuckie, you da man. Pray for forgiveness Chuckie. It's your only hope.

What a hypocritical trip.
I shall once again not vote for this "expletive deleted".
Nice post.
Thanks for letting me vent.

I believe that we are God's noble experiment. It almost sounds like Chuckie is trying to do a take-off on Reagan's quote of John Winthrop's statement, "We will be as a city upon a hill.", only Winthrop said it better. Only, how dare a Democrat drag in a mention of God? And if it is their "noble experiment", Chuckie must have Dr. Frank N. Furter cast as the lead scientist.

"For those of us who revere the Constitution and believe in the rule of law...I believe that we are God's noble experiment. The Senate must hold up its end of the bargain. We have a duty to the judiciary, to the Constitution and, yes, to the American people." "We have an obligation to be vigilant defenders of Constitutional obligation. We must live up to the standards of those who came before us." "One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?"
We revere the Constitution = we have a duty to the Constitution
We believe in the Rule of Law = We have a duty to the Judiciary
I believe we are God's noble experiment = We have a duty to the American people
"Did you guess which thing was not like the others? Did you guess which thing just doesn't belong?
If you guessed this one is not like the others,
Then you're absolutely...right!"

What a nitwit.
"...I believe that we are God's noble experiment."
What?
God, the Creator of the Universe is somehow forced to "experiment"?
Implying God doesnt know what He is doing? As if He needs some trial and error to see if this whole Constitutional groove actually works.
The entire thought process shows just how adolescent Schumer's faith is.

"I believe that we are God's noble experiment"
*Ahem*
"The liberty we prize is not America's gift to the world, it is God's gift to humanity."
Certainly not God's gift to Democratic hypocracy.
