God is saving the lightning for later, I guess. Chuckie's accusing us of making personal attacks.

 

"It's deeply and solemnly necessary to uphold the will of the founding fathers."

 

Oh, please! Chuckie should read the Constitution again. It would tell him that he is no longer a member of the majority. "Will of the people" and according to the Constitution.

well, he's the most junior SENIOR senator in the country...being paired with Hillary is akin to being a limitd partner of Geroge Steinbrenner.....actually, IMHO, the reason that Chuckie's waaaaaaay out front and over the top on this is that it's the beginning of his 2004 re-election campaign.....

It almost sounds like Chuckie is trying to do a take-off on Reagan's quote of John Winthrop's statement, "We will be as a city upon a hill.", only Winthrop said it better. Only, how dare a Democrat drag in a mention of God? And if it is their "noble experiment", Chuckie must have Dr. Frank N. Furter cast as the lead scientist.
