"US Response: If P.M. Chirac choose to believe the word of Saddam Hussein, their enemy in the Gulf War, over the word of the United States, their NATO ally and ally in WWII, WWI and the Revolutionary War, then so be it. We have their measure. We will not endanger our intelligence sources by betraying them to a government that has shown itself to have no integrity or loyalty."
EXCELLENT!

Brian Williams on MSNBC to Bob Woodward wondered aloud ,if all this was news to Bush,if he had been aware of this before !!! UNFRIGGINBELIEVABLE ...

And I was one who defended him, only because I think that a) you always need an opposite viewpoint so you don't stumble into a mistake, and b) you always need a diplomat. They come in handy. But I also thought that IF Powell did come on board, he was "more unimpeachable" than even Bush, especially to some of these linguini-spined idiots.

On BBC Five Live Radio, the drive time pinhead Peter Garvey basically is snidely accusing the U.S. of doctoring the tapes and even questions whether we can know whether these individuals are actually Iraqi's. Garvey is a dumb ass.Hey Garvey! WHERE'S THE PROOF?!?
To: Howlin
Wasn't that a French Mirage in that video? :-) To be honest, I don't know .. But that sure is a good question

Last week word was that Dubya assured Pooty-Poot that Russia would be fully compensated (probably in oil) for the $8 billion owed to them by Iraq, and therefore wouldn't be giving us any more hassles about going to war. It now appears that was a bunch of BS.
To: nutmeg
Had to take the dog out and missed Jack Straw - and Russia. Pooty's got bad neighbors. Too bad we have so many Rats within willing to sell us out.
How's a China neighbor (or Iraq?) going to have faith in us when the 24/7 American newsmedia and one of the largest political parties is working to undermine the President and can't tell who's more trustworthy, Saddam or President Bush? This IS the most damaging Clinton legacy. The case has been made. All else is vanity and lies.

Nah...Once the libs hear the "spin" from Jennings, Rather, Chris Matthew, et.al., they'll be okay -- they just don't know what they're supposed to "feel" (not think) until someone tells them what all this "stuff that Powell said" realy means.
You are probably right. They are sickening!

Our supply of any and all chem/bio weapons was frozen years ago, and is now being destroyed by incineration --- very painstakingly... and it does take time, which is why there may indeed still be some in IN... I thought that was no longer there, though.

Our missiles should target ALL trucks, Palaces, gov't buildings, hospitals (yes, I know that sounds awful but we know that's where Saddam will hide the weapons) and drop them NOW while Powell is still speaking!
To: WillVoteForFood
That blighty bugger! Thanks.
