And I was one who defended him, only because I think that a) you always need an opposite viewpoint so you don't stumble into a mistake, and b) you always need a diplomat. They come in handy. But I also thought that IF Powell did come on board, he was "more unimpeachable" than even Bush, especially to some of these linguini-spined idiots.

On BBC Five Live Radio, the drive time pinhead Peter Garvey basically is snidely accusing the U.S. of doctoring the tapes and even questions whether we can know whether these individuals are actually Iraqi's. Garvey is a dumb ass.

Last week word was that Dubya assured Pooty-Poot that Russia would be fully compensated (probably in oil) for the $8 billion owed to them by Iraq, and therefore wouldn't be giving us any more hassles about going to war. It now appears that was a bunch of BS.
