Ritter would plan to be in the region when he knows war is imminent.

Maybe he has been promised twelve 12-year-old virgins!

Well ... better check with Schummer - he was reading stuff on C-Spam about all the Hispanic organizations which supposedly did not support the appointment of Estrada.

The only reason is he's a republican.

And ... he was involved in Bush v. Gore.

Re: Bush I - I am repeating what I heard HIM say about 10 days ago. His exact words were, "I don't like mission creep", the deal with the coalition was to get Iraq out of Kuwait, and he signed off on the deal. He said it was a matter of honor that we not go to Baghdad. In retrospect he wishes things could have been done differently. I'm sure he does. I think Bush I is a very honorable man, who made the deal with the coalition, and honored the deal.

The same media pundit geniuses who were screaming at us to back off - remember the unending Highway of Death scenes - are now the quickest to blame Bush I for "failing" to finish the job in Iraq. I loathe them for their dishonesty.

Yes sorry I meant to put 63% of Americans trusted Powell on Iraq vs. Bush's 24%

You seem to have a fairly good memory. Remember when the "honorable" Bush I asked us all to "read his lips?"

I don't think he's silly. I like his style!

Thinking he's silly and enjoying his style are NOT mutually exclusive. ;-) He's very Fox, as I said before.

Just a reminder to everyone that tomorrow is Ronald Reagans 92nd Birthday and we are going to have a greeting thread that I am going to forward to the Reagan Library like I did in 2000!

Could you please ping me to your thread?

Hopefully the UN will see this and give us "permission" to go to war (not like we need it, but it would give it more clout internationally to have the UN back us). M
