Ummm ... almost. I would admit non-Moslems coming from Moslem countries. One of the fun features of Islamic government is dhimmitude, a system of oppression of Christians and Jews that is even more malevolent that apartheid.

By the same token, I would not admit Moslems coming from non-Moslem countries (e.g. Richard Reid, the shoe bomber, coming from England).

I've proposed the same to friends, and it has some positive features, chiefly: no detailed investigations of individuals - just a country wide ban.

Start by banning Saudi Arabians and Yemenis, since the 9/11 terrorists came from those countries. Ban Afghanistanis and Pakistanis too, and Egyptians. No one from Iran, the Phillipines, or Indonesia, since their jihadi cults have made the news. No one tanned males from France or England. No young male Americans allowed back in after visiting Muslim countries, unless on active duty in the military.

I can scarcely believe Crouch wrote something this xenophobic. We can't just assume all Muslims are dangerous. At the very least, our ability to do business with such vital countries as India, Malaysia, and Indonesia, not to mention the Mid East countries, would be destroyed. We just can't do something like this, nor should we.

Yeah. How can an open society tolerate a religion that doesn't tolerate the practice of other religions? I say it's an impossibility. We can only support a Mohammedan minority that is a substantial minority. Once the Mohammedan minority becomes sizeable, our society will become unstable.

They all hate America but they never seem to turn away from the almighty dollar. Nor does their hatred from America and her people ever stop them from wanting to come here.

I wonder how long it will be before the moslems decide to petition the US government to allow them to practice Shariah law over their own people, such as they have tried to do in other countries like Thailand.

We should include the French too. This thread should make it clear why. I suggested at post #218 that memorization of the entire thread ought to be a requirement for admittance of any Frenchman to the U.S.

This is a very dumb argument. Just because you are from an Arabian country doesn't necessarily make you a terrorist.

The CIA Factbook says 280 million people live in America and of all the ethnic groups that are not White, Hispanic, Black, Indian or Asian; 4% are others.

Does that mean there are probably 11 million Arabs in this country willing to commit all sorts of heineous acts? They don't, which testifies that most if not all, people who immigrate to United States know it is the best country in the world to live in and they all should be welcomed with open arms.
