Wow. Great post. Can you say "puppet in a fancy suit". Seems that is what Edwards seems to be. We can only hope that the Rats become enamored of this guy and actually nominate him to run. What a cakewalk it would be. Reaganesk in proportion.

Edwards' liberal hard-line votes against Judges Pickering and Shedd, and Justice Owen, and his refusal to permit Judge Boyel to even have a vote, will haunt him when he looks to "his southern roots" for votes.

I have 2 questions for the politically astute here:

1. Is it wise to start exposing the dem candidates this early in the game, or should conservatives save their ammo for later in the political race?

2. Does anyone have information on the types of cases Edwards has represented? Any quotes from those cases?

The problem here is this is similar to Clinton. Clinton was a loser from the state with the 2nd worst education system in the country and he won. (Remember Perot saying CLinton was like the manager of a po-dunk 7-11 when we needed a manager of K-Mart, or something like that) Edwards has done very little so has very little record to go against.
