Bill Clinton campaigned in 24 races. Two of them won. ALL the ones SHE campaigned in lost; to all the other Democrats, this is going to look like McAuliffe blew this election and Gore is going to make a HUGE move to take back the party.

I cannot imagine that the rest of the DNC is pleased today, since Clinton's big thing is that THEY, the DNC, haven't been promoting HIS agenda since he left office.

Perhaps somebody at the DNC will tell him he's a former president -- finally -- and tell him to go play some golf instead of ruining their party.

Tonight's DNC loss can be laid squarely on HIS and McAuliffe's shoulders.

Not that there's anything wrong with that. :-)

Ashcroft is in a VERY tough position. Think about his problems:

1) A terrorist cell in America blows something up, kills lots of people, and the LEFT/MEDIA beat the hell out of him for not "connecting the dots" and allowing these cells to operate in America.

OR

2) He puts out a drag-net and either ties up potential terrorists in legal mumbo-jumbo or puts their a@@es on Gitmo with 3 hots and a stinky cot. Whatever happens, the LEFT/MEDIA beats the hell out of him for taking away the rights of foreigners and traitors

I guess you missed Bush calling for privatization options for Social Security as a first step in breaking the dead end of entitlements?

I doubt your views are very popular in Oklahoma right now, seeing as how the bitter utopians just put the Democrats in the governor's mansion. Luckily we were able to take back the U.S. Senate and can return strict constitutionalists to the judiciary. No thanks to some of the 3rd party and Libertarian unappeasable Eeyores. You really should be thanking us, since you decided not to help.

I'm afraid SD is gonna slip away, but I do think MN will end up in the R column.

Dave, something is going on in our Country with these Democrat Governors. We have one. Democrats are up to no good, as usual. We'll have this talk another time, but it's important to be aware of this. McAwful vowed to take back Alabama for the Democrats. Mississippi is changing. It's bad. BUT, we have this window of opportunity to make a difference. Let's use it wisely, well, and believe God for the rest of it. :)

Roberts is another RAT county that still has 7 precincts out (out of 85 total). I think this is Daschle's hometown.

These last numbers are likely not going to be good for Thune.

Which were the two winning races for Clinton? Arkansas and California?
