All seems quiet since yesterday's news the shooter may target children specifically. It was released on various news outlets the shooter's 3-page letter to police was in broken English and threatened extreme violence. Police announced an electronic transfer of $10m as requested by the shooter was not possible but other options for transfer remain open. No one seriously believes police will actually give the shooter $$, but police are trying to keep a dialogue open with the shooter in an effort to capture this monster.

OK, is this new info regarding a credit card account from a NEW communication with the killer, or was it wrong what we read earlier, that he wanted the transfer to a domestic BANK account? Was it always to this stolen credit card account?

Does it seem to anyone else a little weird that a crazed sniper would also be involved in stolen credit card scams?

No real need to clarify. Fox demanding money be placed into an account... Fox demanding that nationals be allowed to enter the US freely to reap governmental benefits, demanding there be no border, demanding amnesty for illegals. Somehow it just fits! lol

I noticed that comment as well. I can't say that I'm surprised that they don't check status. It seems to be PC to allow as many illegals that want to to come in without any fear of being sent back, or any sort of punishment at all. This is part of the problem. As the illegal immigrant population grows, and it is growing larger every day, the percentage of unsolved crimes will also grow.

Not too much news today, and so far, no shootings. Whew!

I spent today at the office contending with maintenance men and the police. It seems someone got into our building, got into a bathroom that was left unlocked, stopped up the sink & let the water flow for hours. The offices in our wing were not flooded, but the hallway carpets were soaked. The major damage was in a store downstairs--the water flooded into their big screen TV's, VCR's, DVD players and four computers. It's a mess. Because the vandalism is in the thousands of dollars, the police were here taking statements and pictures of the crime scene.
