I just read in a newspaper article from over a week ago that police were interested in the fact that the 3 shootings in Virginia were so close to hotels. So they HAVE been looking into whether the shooter is checking into a hotel room to elude police.

I believe the sniper is probably laying low right now in his buddies house or apartment while innocent law-abiding people are having their vehicle's searched. If ONE sniper can cause all of this trouble then what would 100 of them do dispersed across America?

This sniper may or may not be a AQ agent, but I'm feel confident this form of terrorism will be used by them in the future regardless of who is doing it now.

He does. Everyone person on this planet has the exact same rights no matter who they are or where they are. The only difference is the extent to which each country violates those rights (and they ALL do to some extent, just that some do more so than others).
