As a person who has studied the Constitution I am confused as to your position. Specifically where in the Constitution do your Rights come from? Please identify secion and paragraph if you can. After reading all the recent posts, I have come to the conclusion that I will allow my mini-van to be searched only and if the authorities doing such will say to me "we are looking for a terrorist" and Homeland Security has verified that this is the reason for the search.

From what I've heard, 100 feet or about 33 yards is slightly less than his normal distance. I believe that there was one attack about 100 yards, 2 at 75 yards and the rest at 50 yards or less.

The comment about the email was the first I'd heard of it, too. It seems the press has been privvy to some information regarding a local threat yet hadn't gone public with it til now. He did say the lighting was medium, not bright like before and not pitch black either. On a lighter note, I had to smile at the offers of coffee and refreshments. Ham biscuit, anyone? Can't have company show up and not feed them.
