Happy Thursday to all...

Happy Freeper Anniversary to WVNan...Alas, she won't be here to celebrate...she is enroute to Tennessee to a Class Reunion and her host does not have a computer...Have a safe trip, Nan.

Mixer, thanks again for keeping track of everyone's FReeper anniversary. Mixer, too, is outatown-on his way to the Majic Kingdom...Have a fun and safe trip, Mixer.

Hoping to hear from Beep's friend today. She had her surgery yesterday.

We did hear from ofmagog yesterday...He and the Mrs. are in Colorado now and Mrs. O. is doing better.

"Just one 8-ounce glass of orange juice provides more than 100 mcg of folic acid. It’s important to drink Florida orange juice every day because your body does not store folic acid. And some scientific researchers believe that it’s better to get vitamins from natural sources than from supplements. So start your day with Florida orange juice, the natural way to get folic acid."
