Yellow Rose of Texas As many of you may know Rosie has had serious problems with her back since her trip where she led the convoy across America to DC a few years ago. She has had to limit her time online but lurks when she can and thinks of us often. She faces yet another back surgery in the near future which hopefully will eliminate some of her almost constant pain. From Rose” “My prayer is that this DR has performed this complicated surgery before and can at least stabilize my back so my back stops stair stepping one vertebra and disk on top of another…a cure is beyond human reach, that would be God's territory”

Alamo-Girl Our Alamo-Girl, keeper of the Downside Legacy, author of an incredable book on Missle Defense, and very active FReeper, got a positive result on tests she has annually. She has further tests on Monday and we are praying for a good report.

Heavenly Father,

We are grateful for our friends, Alamo-Girl and YellowRoseofTexas. Please enfold them in all the challenges facing them.

We ask that Alamo-Girl and her family be surrounded and enfolded while she and her family adjust to the losses they have suffered over the past few years. We know that they are blessed with great faith, and that helps, but it is still hard to say goodbye for a while to the ones we love. Grant them even greater joy in their faith, for they are serving as an inspiration for all of us.

Father, we are mindful of our friend YellowRoseofTexas. We have missed seeing her in our forum. Her courage and positive outlook in the face of the very daunting challenge of constant pain has been a source of inspiration also. Father, we are grateful that the surgeries have gone well, and that Rose is following the very strict doctors' orders so that she can heal well. We ask that her healing be as perfect as your great Law and Plan will allow. Please bring her back to us in full strength, ready to battle with us shoulder to shoulder in the upcoming 2004 elections! Nevertheless, thy Will be done! While we want her sooner rather than later, please bring her to us in the fullness of YOUR time!

Father, we ask that these two friends,your servants, may be blessed abundantly in this upcoming year. This which we call forth for them, we call forth for all FReepers, especially those who have had similar situations of need or challenge. In the words of Tiny Tim, "God bless us, EVERYONE!"
