I just heard someone on CNN, I was out of the room, say that the highway in Florida will be opened soon and that the suspects will be released.
This is hard to believe. This had to cost millions to investigate this. This major highway was shut down for many hours.
Do they just discount what Eunice stated in Georgia.
A short time ago an attorney and spokespeople/family members for the family basically called Eunice in Georgia, a media whore, and insinuated she was a racist.
Does this not set a precedent for future hands off Middle Easterners scenario? Does this not raise the libility risk of investigating Mid Easterners.
Will others refrain from reporting possible terrorist incidents due to this incident?

What is wrong with these Muslim mothers/sisters/aunts?
Always willing to call honest people liars, and to stick up for evil.
I heard Eunices story. She had ample opportunity to embellish; what she heard was cause for concern, but things a liar would have added, she didn't... she was alarmed enough to call authorities, but didn't say they "said they had explosives" or "were going to bring a plane down".
She even allowed they might have been play-acting for her benefit.
She's completely credible.

Good for you. Do you have the number handy? Or the email address?

It smells because they weren't joking. Who knows what their plans were. I'm just glad the plans were foiled today.

I'm really tired of these so called minority raising the racist issue to get out of having to account for their misdeeds.
Raising these racist issues would have no effect if white people would just stop validating the ridiculous claims.

I blame this all on the 3 suspects. They were making moronic jokes about 9-11 for the purpose of shocking people in that Shoneys. That is why they were speaking in English. They should pay the expense of the investigation. Plus what the hell must go thru their minds to turn 9-11 into some sort of public joke.

Judge Napeleono (sic?) Just said that the police were wrong and violated the idiots rights and conducted an illegal search.
I hate to disagree with a judge, but he is wrong. In Florida, if the dogs alert, that has been ruled time and time again as probable cause for a search. If the dogs were properly trained, there is no case for the medical muslim idiots to recover any damages.

Wearing her veil, no less, while calling the women aho reported it a liar. Not just a liar, a damn liar. Eunice Stone wasn't a liar but this woman's brother and his friends are heartless IDIOTS for turning the 9-11 tragedy into their personal joke. MORONS!!!

I heard that they admitted they had embellished their conversation to scare/annoy/whatever because they thought she was looking at them.
I agree with the other posters that in the current climate, that behavior is unacceptable (if it is true) and they should be held responsible, fined and sent back home, wherever that is.

Releasing these guys just made a mockery out of homeland security.
To: FR_addict
They need to give Eunice Stone the recognition she so deserves.... They should do it very soon....
To: PJ-Comix
The family of these IDIOTS are saying that it was "a small Georgia town" so Eunice was a racist. Well if that's the case then all ME people are terrorists!!!(using their logic)

Bounce the Arab funnies back to their countries of origin, and bounce them out of medical school - their judgement stinks, and they have no business being in the business of any kind of health issue.
To: kcvl
I think I will make it a point from now on just to stare down ALL middle easterners JUST to make them feel really uncomfortable...cold stare no blinking just look 'em right in the eyes

I heard Judge Napeleono and I was shocked. He sounded like a terrorist lawyer.
He said the police are who maybe in trouble for this incident for tying up traffic all day for no good reason.
He also said that we can't prosecute they guys for making terrorist statements.
I have had a lot of respect for the judge but Im starting to change my mind.

That's one way to weasel out of it....
But IMHO the way the conversation went down isn't perfectly consistent with the playacting theory. For one thing, I think they would have added a little more detail if they were trying to yank her chain.
No, you don't threaten to make American mourn on 9/13 the way it did on 9/11, certainly not if you are representing your faith in muslim dress in Public. It's not only evil and foolish, but if you go around pretending to be a terrorist, guess what...some people might believe you.
Shocking.

It appears that the police are giving these three an escort down the highway. They are home free.......

Their plan.

Judge Napeleono (sic?) is a liberal moron.
Much of his sage advice later turns out to be crap.
Why aren't the FBI and other feds all over this case ?
Wonder if FEDERAL law and FEDERAL agencies would have a higher profile -- if the suspects were caucasion ?
