White People = Thin Skined People. The liberal whites can not bear to be called RACISTs, their "bleeding hearts" hurts too much, and lowers their self image too much. And the so called minorities know it. It's a gold mine, and why not exploit it.

It appears to have been a hoax -- one car even ran through the toll gate, a sure way to look suspicious. The reason for the joke? To get on TV and then to sue. You no longer need to have a specific wrong-doer to file a lawsuit. You can sue anyone. The woman who reported it. Her friends. The state of Florida.

I've always thought he was a lightweight. He's not dumb as a rock, but is frequently wrong on finer point of the law. He is dull as dirt, has no cleverness and makes fatuous remarks with regularity. He's literally a lowbrow judge.

If dogs alert to explosives, you search for them and err on the side of caution.

Add in the bad tags, the blow-thru of the toll booth, and the credible reports that they made highly suspicious remarks, not stopping and searching them would have been dereliciton of duty.

I would not be surprised if evidence of terrorist connections emerges in the fullness of time.

If you pretend to be a terrorist, you might get treated like one. Not too hard to see that these three "jokers" if indeed that is what they are, brought the force of the law down upon themselves.

Sure, we have freedom of speech. But there are some *lies * that are criminal. If there are ANY charges that can keep these guys in jail, I hope they are pressed.

"Does this not set a precedent for future hands off Middle Easterners scenario? Does this not raise the libility risk of investigating Mid Easterners."

And what about the reluctance of citizens in the future to come forward when they see this poor woman suffering national embarassment for doing what she believes was right?

I have 2 questions. First, what conclusive evidence could the cops have come up with in such a short time to warrant releasing the men, unless perhaps to track their movements and see where they lead? And second, if it was a hoax, then why is it any less serious than sending a hoax anthrax letter which is prosecutable as if it were the real thing?

"All suggested this is just racism...."

I see they're learning well from their racist black "brothers," Jesse and company. Sheesh. I daresay that the woman would have reported this no matter what color they were the way they were talking. I certainly would have. One thing I think I would have done differently though is to stay away from the cameras. I would have been more inclined to retreat to an "undisclosed location" to wait to see the outcome and for all the media hype to die down.

"The men's families should be ashamed of these guys and apologize to our Nation, instead of calling Eunice a "racist" and whine about their civil rights being violated."

It speaks volumes that these Muslims never stand up and accept responsibility for their actions. Have you yet heard one admit he did anything wrong or even ill-advised, let alone offer an apology? I think not. No, they have learned to work the American (liberal) system to their own advantage and for the furtherance of their agendas. I just hope our law enforcement people on the terrorist front are not being hamstrung by all the efforts of the left to rally sympathy for terrorists.

"First they should go to jail for many years, then be deported"

Two of them are American citizens.

Eunice was very brave. She risked her life for her country. Even after John Gibson told her that some were calling her a racist...she responded with dignity and grace. She also said that if this was a hoax, she was shocked that medical students who were supposed to respect life would find humor in the murder of thousands on the anniversary of 9-11 (paraphrasing).

Collier County Sheriff Don Hunter's press conference..WBBH, NBC affiliate:

"I can absolutely assure the public at this point that we're safe and all of the procedures have been followed."

"We had choppers, air support, Red Cross"...three different agencies, plenty of manpower..."we'll be figuring out the cost."

"I would characterize them as "uncooperative"...all the way to the end."

"One was a US citizen, one a naturalized citizen one is here on a visa."

"We want to encourage our citizens to continue to report."

FBI: Corey Nelson (sp?):
"At this point there is still some investigation that we will continue to do."

"If this is a hoax, yes, there will be charges."

There ought to be some crimes over which a person can lose his citizenship and/or be exiled (after all, there are many crimes over which one can lose one's life, a much more serious penalty), particularly for terrorist threats from muslims or those of Arab descent. IMHO.

What is wrong with these Muslim mothers/sisters/aunts?

Brainwashed and dependent. IMO ;-D

Always willing to call honest people liars, and to stick up for evil.

Brainwashed and dependent. ;-D

I heard Eunices story. She had ample opportunity to embellish; what she heard was cause for concern, but things a liar would have added, she didn't... she was alarmed enough to call authorities, but didn't say they "said they had explosives" or "were going to bring a plane down".

The men were making terrorist threats. They should be prosecuted.

She even allowed they might have been play-acting for her benefit.
She's completely credible.

She did the right thing. They made terrorist threats. It isn't funny. You'd thnk that people smart enough to get through medical school ( even if it is in the Carribean)
would have a handle on the fact that it's not funny. They are obviously foolish individuals who don't have sufficient maturity or judgement to function as MDs.
The men are morons, and their female defenders are veil wearing, fat doormats.

I am reminded of the scripture that says, "woe to those who call good evil and evil good."

Exactly. They arrest the folks who make threats or act strangely on planes and they also arrest folks who call in fake bomb threats, don't they? I don't see too much difference.

I find I have been doing that a lot myself. It is a very deep, gut reaction. There is a reason when we feel something that instinctively.

This evening in Sherwood, Arkansas, they arrested a teenager for calling in bomb threats against his high school. THEY ARRESTED HIM..I happened to be talking with a local cop, and she said his life is probably "ruined", because they are going to press charges against him... but that HE is responsible for his choices...no sympathy.

Oh, and the third prankster is here on a VISA...I say, send him back home.

BTW, those women who appeared with the veils over their heads, should have pulled them down and covered their faces out of shame. Unbelieveable.

I don't live far from Sherwood. I haven't listened to any local news today though. It does seem that white Americans are still paying a higher price for such things than mideasterners.
