There is no decision on a prize to be awarded yet except for bragging rights.

It will be at a minimum of at least four months from now. There are not enough troops positioned, nor have there been reports of substantial deployments recently.

I certainly don't see how it could possibly occur before Thanksgiving, and every day that passes without a massive troop deployment pushes the date back.

I still don't rule out the possibility of a coup, which could occur at any time. That would be sweet.
