Please ask the Lord to heal my husband. We found out today that he may have lung cancer.
Our youngest son is just nine years old and we are especially concerned for him. Thank you.

Lord, I stand in agreement in asking, with Cowgirl and her Freeper family, that You would heal her husband. Turn away this frightening diagnosis, I pray, that this family might have length of days. Shelter the little one from fear and bring to each Your strength and encouragement. In the Name of Jesus, Amen ......and Amen.

Four years ago I was told I had lung cancer. Finally I got my Dr. to send me for a PET (nuclear imaging) Scan. It will tell you definately whether or not he does have cancer.
It will also absolutely pick up Alzhiemer's. It costs about $2500 but insurance will pay if you have it and it cuts to the chase. The sooner you know the more you can accomplish.

Prayers up. My father was diagnosed with inoperable Stage III lung cancer in late March. He is in total remission as of last week after 4 chemo treatments, no evidence of the rather large tumor. Everyone is amazed. I tell you this because there is hope and prayers are answered. Have faith.

A prayer for you , your husband and the children.
The next thing you need to do is get very active on the internet and learn everything you can about what he may have and any clinical trials of new drugs, there are lots of them, that may help him.
The FDA is egregious in approving many promising drugs for cancer! They turned one down the other day where 3 out of 193 patients had some undesirable side effects! This was for a cancer drug where people are facing mortality!
We should pray for those afflicted with the terrible disease of cancer but we should be working to increase the supply of new and promising treatments that are not getting approved by the FDA!

Praying right now for your dear husband, for you, and for your precious son.
May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His Wings.
He is bigger and more powerful than lung cancer.
With love and concern,
EV
