Update from OC Sheriff... Press conference..
Playing 911 tape of the people that found the body, male caller was extremely upset, and scared, he was crying, and telling 911 the location but the cell phone transmission was breaking up and was disconnected.
They called the telephone number he left before the disconnect and they called his home and got a messege machine. He called back within minutes and made contact again with 911 and was almost hysterical and crying saying it was little girl and was very distraught,
When Cell caller got home he called again from home phone and recontacted 911, 911 said they would pick him up and the he could show him where the body was.

Press conference continues, stating over 2000 citizens have given leads......

At 955 AM they made an arrest alihondro avial DOB 3-1375
No offense, but you DONT KNOW that it was "obvious". I did not see the trial, so I dont know what kind of evidence was presented. I will say this, that on the other hand, there HAVE been cases where girls will acuse guys of molesting them, just to get them in trouble.
I DO think though, that these people will hate themselves for letting him go, even if there really wasn't enough evidence to convict him...
What bothers me is what they will find when the DNA comes back. Is this his first murder?
I also heard that, and thought the same thing for a moment. The mother spoke with an accent, and I too thought that is what she said. But I wasn't sure.
But I can assure you, by 6pm tonight, everyone in this country will know everything about this individual

I'd like to share a story here about family members covering up for adults... When I was in high school I was walking to school and a man pulled up in a truck and asked me where a street was - I pointed it out (the next streetlight behind me), and went on my way, as did he. I kept walking and about a block later I saw him pulled to the curb ahead of me and thought he'd missed it. I looked in as I neared the truck and he was masturbating staring at me. I ran the rest of the way to school after looking back over my shoulder and memorizing his license plate. I went straight to the dean of students who called the police with me. They pulled me out of class, then interviewed me with my parents. I told them everything I saw, down to the pool cleaning equipment in his truck bed and the fact he was circumcised. and had a "blemish" on his inner thigh. (Yes, they asked me this in front of my dad). They found him from the license plate, living in Oxnard about an hour and a half away. His ENTIRE FAMILY went to bat for him, saying he was at HOME that morning. Luckily what I told the police was enough to show they were lying, and he was arrested. I don't know what happened to him, I didn't have to testify...
But yes, entire families do stand up for monsters even when the truth is staring them in the face. It's horrible.
Everytime something like this happens, I remind my daughter not to be stupid like I was and even talk to people who approach her in cars, as nice as they may be to her. Run like hell to the nearest business and scream bloody murder all the way. If the person meant no harm, so what? Better to be safe than very, very sorry.

Regardless the participant's choice to sell themselves, there is nothing whatsoever "moral" about pornography ... the depiction of live sex in a continuing limbo of fetishism and dehumanization to include orgy, homosexuality, sadism, bestiality, necrophilia and murder.
A certain amount of erotica is one thing. No doubt there will always be pornographers and pimps ready to make a buck on the helplessness of some and the addictions of others.
But there is absolutely no moral worth to pornography. Rather, it's an absolutely immoral action tending toward engendering of debased and desensitized desires in otherwise normal human beings who understand the unitive and procreative nature of sex.
I see no reason the State should -- citing the "science" of a sex industry based on scam artists like Freud, Rockefeller's favorite criminal and pornographer Kinsey or the Enlightened views of human wrecking balls like Rogers and Maslow ... not to mention Victims like poor Larry Flynt -- FORCE pornographers down our throats by stepping in to prevent folks from barring them from their neighborhoods, communities, cities or states.
Why don't we have the freedom to do that? Why is the State so intent on pressuring us to invite into our homes the lowlives and cheats more suited to helping the mob fleece rubes and compromise VIPs in hellholes like Las Vegas or New Orleans?
