E.D. and Steve Doocy just interviewed Dr. Newdow.
E.D. was all over him about using his daughter just to bring the suit. He admitted this, and, upon her pressing him, admitted that his daughter includes "under God" when she recites the pledge.
E.D. was relentless!

The guy is just your basic know-it-all. He's going to save us from ourselves. In the meantime, he has said he views atheism as a religion, so, in effect, he has just attempted to force everyone in the 9th district to conform to his style of "worship".

For the record.... let us not forget Brian.
Brian Kilmeade, the third person on Fox and Friends, was out on the street interviewing New Yorkers soon after 911 and Bill Clinton undoubtedly attracted by the crowd and the camera, walked up and horned in.
At that moment Brian , who I always considered a flyweight asked the man ...first question out of the box... "Mr Clinton, do you think your administration is responsible for the attack?" Clinton reddened and replied "No" and cut the interview short.
I have since been a Brian fan as well.
They can all draw blood if given the opportunity.

E. D. is adorable, smart and articulate. She's a good Mom. Evidently the man she married, Mr. Hill, has enough children that (when added to hers) she said she feels like the Brady Bunch Mother.
All three of these folks, Brian, Steve and E.D. are quick witted and ready with a good comeback. Brian is often really funny, although he is not aware that he is. He is just being straight. Steve is well informed, funny and we, too, love his weather puppets. As a trio they are unbeatable and we start every morning with them.
Katie, eat your heart out!!!!

Edie got him the admit it wasn't about his daughter. So, his entire lawsuit was under false pretenses. I believe that makes it a frivolous lawsuit and a clear misrepresentation of facts ot the case and as an attorney, this atheist was caught by Fox this morning. Good, job, Edie. Maybe the Judge watched Fox & Friends this morning and considered Edie's stuff as "mitigating circumstances". Who knows?

And to think that Greta Van Garbage gets a bigger salary from Fox than E.D.
