E.D. was all over him about using his daughter just to bring the suit. He admitted this, and, upon her pressing him, admitted that his daughter includes "under God" when she recites the pledge.

Just to show you the class she has, after the interview she turned to Steve and gave him the credit for researching the background on the fact that this has been this creep's agenda long before his daughter came along. Then Steve immediately gave credit to a viewer and the source, a paper in Florida. Honorable. I like these guys.
